in the episode where they find the pearl hatch, they get told on the video, to send their completed notebooks up the sucky shaft thing and it will get sent DIRECTLY to us. does that mean that the people from the hanso foundation are on the island or have they found an extremely clever way to send the notebooks over the ocean to another country? and, if they are on the island they will probably be close to the pearl hatch. I think that the hatch isnt the ? on the map, so maybe where the hanso people are is the ?... what do you think?

This is going to be one of those really annoying answers, but something very interesting is revealed in the finale about where those notebooks have been sent - it might help some people make up their minds about which hatch is the experiment - or confuse them!

I don't know what the maximum range of those pneumatic tubes are, but I think it'd be safe to assume that they go somewhere on the island...
