It seems like the two camps all meet up, after the beach camp flees the beach and Locke's camp run to in to fight the eniemies. Also Claire's house is attacked and Hurley is holding Aron: that doesn't look good. Ben admits to being scared of the intruders and he looks it. He also says they are at war, as he and Locke saddle up with some guns. The smokey roar (which def seems new to me) can be heard throughout the trailers, as the survivors are standing in a clearing and they all seem to be looking at it, and with the roar and the ginshots it def, definately seems like smokey is fighing and/or killing them. As the DL said that everytime we see the monster we will learn something more about it, this def seems to prove that it's some sort of security system for the island/Jacob. Lastly the writer of this epi Drew Goddard said that the episode is "maybe my favorite thing I've done on Lost and I've been lucky with all the episodes I've gotten so far." Anyway...
-Shocking twist for the finale will not be the final scene, but close to the end of the episode.
-Oceanic Six are Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun, and Aaron.
-Tom (Mr. Friendly) is indeed gay.
-Desmond/Minkowski "side effects" may indeed be the "Sickness" that Rouseau refers to... (they hint at it very strongly)
-The Swan Hatch implosion will probably not be revisited. However, we have not seen the last of the "purple sky" this season.
-They explain the appearance of certain paranormal events and what they are....

-Significance of name Kevin Johnson.....the Others chose the most innocuous and bland name they could so as not to raise suspicion and raise attention to Michael's alias.
-Will learn much more about four-toed statue and Black Rock.
-Secret code name for the finale twist "The Frozen Donkey Wheel"
Here's are snippets from an interview with Blake "Karl" Bashoff, and he mentions some minor spoilers and confirmed that:
1) He "thinks" Karl is dead
2) He mentions that there is a deleted scene from the end of the episode that clearly showed the snipers in "camouflage uniforms"
3) Producers told him that they "We hope to have you back in some capacity"
4) That he has a "sense" we have not seen the last of Rousseau
