I'm saving for a horse as we speak..Am halfway there. Going to be called Jack.. Mum used to have a horse when i was young and I've always wanted one.... So..Hopefully this time next year....

I never would've guessed that's what you would call your horse! The fact that everything I own is either called Logan or Sawyer would probably surprise you! Tas quieted down on here now...thank goodness!

Ok...is it just me. Or ar you scared at how similar we are? lol I have 3 horses on loan, and have worked at the same school (paid) for 7 years, and helped out there for over 10. Ive riden there since I was 4 years old, so it'll be 20 years next summer! Im saving up for my own horse, just bought a car so thats put a HUGE dent in the savings. I want a sport horse build Friesian or Andalusian...but will never afford one So Im looking at Arabs and Dutch Warmbloods Hopefully I'll have one by summer/autumn! Angie xxxxx

Its bad luck to change a horses name... Ive always thought Id call mine Maximus (Max) after RC's amazing performance in Gladiator. I also love the name Nero Captain Major Logan Bess (I already have a fave horse called Bes ) I still dont know what Id re-name it if I did chane its name. We have 2 horses at the riding school called Jack...Ive always assumed Id get a mare as well - Ive always liked them more. They have more attitude! Angie xxxxx

Hmmmmmm. I have put in another thread somewhere that I think you and I may be secret twins!! We have such similar tastes in everything... Is very spooky... I'd Ideally like a black Arabian horse..But since they are soooo few and far between then I'll settle for a chesnut, my mates is grey... Lovely looking to..The way she stands..Always looks so regal and proud.. I love the whole build of them. They are so solid and they hold themselves well..If you know what I mean. Mums horse was just a standard type..I can never remember what breed she was..Bit temperamental.. Sadly though she died when I was 14.... I always vowed one day when my kiddies were big enough to appreciate one, I'd get a horse for myself...Fields and stables are about half mile walk from where I live so we wouldn't have far to go.. I still have quite abit of money to save though...
