Jin and sun make it off the Island along with their baby who the title of the episode is named after, but sadly... future Jin dies.. and sun is filmed at his funeral..good news is this is future Jin so he will be on the show for the remainder of lost.

not sure if Jin will be in the show for the remainder to be honest.

I think that next season or season six will take place after these flash forwards.
