Dogh. That diagram just reminds me of my days in school maths class, wondering why the hell anyone was interested in finding out the area of a triangle when, frankly my dear, I didnt give a damn!!  So, it is looking likely that they are somehow in a different time, a different reality. In order to get people there (and get them off) there must be a way out. The looking glass would be the most obvious option, we didnt really see a lot of the station, did we? But, somehow, forms of transport are finding there way there, as did Naomi and her team. howdiddyhow? Best Forum Member 2007!  |

Thought this would be more useful in here. I was thinking of the time and space thingy and this is where I think the island is some kind of Hub that holds all the realities together. The fact that Naomi claims that she is dead is probaly right for her world she came from. This is where you go when you are dead a kind of reincarnation on a different time line this is why Jack says we shouldn't have come back to Kate and he also said to the nice doctor see which is drunker him or his dad. Can only mean they are in another time line. The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long and you have burned ever so brightly!

The environment in which living organisms evolved was apparently a primary determinant of which elements became essential for life.
