I think lost is alot like CUBE and CUBE 2. Maybe they are all there for a reason to help them survive.

Like in Cube, that deaf and dumb man is a mathimatical genious so it helps them to work out the sums.

Maybe locke is the hunter to keep the eating and alive, hurley is the comedian to keep everyones meral high, and sayid is the specialist that can defend them against baddys... ETC with all the other people

Good idea but in Cube weren't certain rooms boobytrapped and they had to use everyone's talents to figure out where and where not to go?

And didn't all but 1 guy die cos they started turning on each other?
