But why was the marshall’s case under THEIR seat - shouldn’t it have been underneath his own?!?!?!
And I thought marshall told airport guy that he’d check the silver case and would only have the one gun on his person during the flight?
Also thought it was weird that Charlie tells Locke he had to check his guitar case in and was annoyed they wouldn’t let it on the flight, but flashback shows him trying to cram it into coat-cupboard on the plane! Probably just a continuity error ... but you’d think they’d make more of an effort to get these things right with so many fans analysing everything so intensely for clues! (My mum used to do tv continuity and she’d be appalled at the amount of mistakes on Lost!)
About the drowned couple. I’ve always wondered whether they were that snooty pair in Sun’s airport flashback - remember the woman was taking the micky about Sun being so subservient to her husband by fetching a sandwich for him, something about memoirs of a geisha ... Keep meaning to check the episodes again to see if I’m right - anyone else know?

the marshalls case could have been anywhere because it was a plane crash, everything went everywhere. also he was allowed to carry one gun on him and the others in the case. isn't checkin it in just showin them that you have it ? it was a guitar so maybe they just let him on with it. good point about the couple tho i think it could of been people takin mickey out of sun.

no what hapened is the the main part ofd th eplain broke off which all the main characters were in.Some people went lookin for the nose of the plain.no one was alve in it apart from the pilot. then he got killed by the monster. the tail end of the plain has all the others in such as mr eko ana lucia and all of the others
