Personally, I cannot stand him. Hes annoying and boring and his flashbacks make me want to sleep.

If you could fill me in on why you liked him, it would really help...

i'm 50/50 when it comes to jack, some episodes i like him and others i dont. but i dont think lost would be the same without him

he's a likable guy, he helps people on the island.

I like Jack. Sometimes he's an rse, but arent we all sometimes!!??? Some of us are more of an rse than others.....

His intentions are usually good, his heart is in the right place.

Imo the flashbacks placements/amounts are fine.

Although definitely less Jack and Locke.

I tell you Jack makes me sooooo
He's so annoying, and has had so many pointless Flashbacks each Season. He gets more annoying by each Episode, he's always shouting at ppl, making the wrong decisions...Sure he's a Hero, but there are other greater Heroes on the Show, and other people who are so much more interesting and mysterious than Jack Sheppard. He gets so many flashbacks per Season, and most of them are pointless. When we could be having more better flashbacks on characters we really want to know about.

well i like him because....

A. He is definitly shadey (and slim)
B. He is fit (even if he doesnt pesonally rattle your cage, you have to admit...hes a bit handsome)!
C. He pissed Kate off.....bonus.

I like him. Although I wish sawyer or Sayid would give him a good kick-in when he starts getting bossy.

I really can't stand him at all, but i don't want him to die because the show would be missing a huge part. He was the first person we saw and half the losties would be dead if it wasn't for him.

At the begining everyone loved jack and now look .
My sis loves him but ive nevr been too keen he seems to moan all the time and Thanks NIWDOG youve wrote what ive been thinking all along hes treates like the main character giving hime all those flashbacks when people like sawyer have one !

i love jack! ever since the pilot.

He isn't my favourite character, but I can stand him - Sawyer is my favourite, merely because he is so complicated & doesn't faff about (shot Tom instantly - Jack wanted to kill Tom though ). Also he doesn't sob like Jacky boy

Ok in small doses. He does have the tendancy to boss people around, but I like his leadership skills.

He never gets any nookie either, but maybe he will be lucky, now that he has met Juliett, lol.
