We finally learn a little more about Sawyer, about his past...and why he is so mean.
How I cried when he told Kate the truth, the tears just flowed!
And then...those who know me begin eye-rolling...at the end when he's sat broken hearted, almost crying with his letter...about to burn it and the song "I Shall Never Walk Alone."
I HAVE NEVER CRIED SO HARD!
Such a beautiful episode...it just summed Sawyer up:

As you've probably guessed my favourite character and future husband is Sawyer....
...This episode just allowed us to gain an understanding of him...and it's when I turely confirmed my love for him!
I mean...even though I knew I loved him before this I had alot of people on my case saying "I can't believe you've fallen for another badboy!"
But then we saw this eppy...and realised Sawyer does have a heart afterall and I knew he was the guy for me!
SO yeah...Confidence man is my favourite episode!

I've been watching the second season and I still don't hate him...I just can't!
I know that one day he's gonna prove everyone wrong, and do something heroic...alot of people are saying this will lead to his death...but they're wrong there too!
Yeah Sawyer is a badass and that's why I love him...but part of the time he does it to distance himself from the others....he worries he'll hurt them...or they'll hate him.
He distances himself from the others to spare himself pain...but one day he'll let someone in...I know it!
