Cous cous, pasta or rice salad. I just chuck in whatever's in the fridge! Ainsley Harriot's packet cous cous is great. It's really filling, takes minutes to make and is low in calories and fat. I add chopped peppers, spring onion, tomatoes, sweetcorn (anything really), and a dash of lemon juice.
Will let you know if I think of anything else.
And welcome, by the way!

Humoous also good as a filling.

I do not go overboard on carbs like rice and pasta as they can make some of us balloon Wink.

I thought Linda McCartney was quite slim... she seems to have made a lot of sausages though! Eek

Seriously though I do feel very sorry for Paul; he lost a great wife at a young age and is now being bled dry by an invalid. Not only that but Michael Jackson somehow owns his songs.
