I looked for this recipe on the cdwm website but can't find it. I've still got it on tape though. It doesn't say the full recipe but she uses 1lb of cod fillet, pin-boned and cut into strips. She boiled 2lb of potatoes and 2 eggs, 1 chopped onion. She fried the onion with a green pepper and some grated carrot. Adds half a pint of double cream. Once boiled the pan was taken off the heat so cheese could be added. She added two handfuls of mature cheddar, lemon juice, mustard and parsley. Arranged the cod and chopped, hard-boiled eggs in a baking dish with 4oz of steamed spinach, poured over the sauce and topped with mashed potato. That's all it says on the programme
