Help i do not eat salad, fruit, or veg, i am really over weight i want togo back to running but too heavy. I need to lose weight to rn the london marathon next year. but i srtuggle as i have a family of 5,going to uni full time and trying to jugggle the household commitments. please any advice welcomed
blimey,there are lots of other foods you can have that aint fattening but healthy,rices,pastas,seeds,lentils etc,so why don't you eat fruit or veg?,good luck with the running
Do you mean you dont eat it or you dont like it? If its the latter then I find that to be a ridiculous statement as a butternut squash tastes nothing like cucumber and a red pepper tastes nothing like cabbage.
Its all about organisation. Take 10 mins with a cuppa on the weekend before you go shopping to write out your meal plan
For example if you are working full time and take lunch
Lunch X 5 Rice cakes and homemade spread Lentil and apple soup Hummous and pittas with salad Brown rice salad Soup again - if you have any left over
Then do the same for your evening meal. Then buy what you need for the week along with all usual things milk etc.
Also you need to exercise so get out there and go for it!
