Hubby takls fondly of it, but it's not in my DS books and I can't afford any new ones right now. The shelf won't take anymore anyway

I tried to copy and paste the recipe for you but it wouldnt let me do it on here

If you go to google and type in Delia Smith - Parmesan Roast Parsnips and click on the first one that comes up at the top. I think its Delia Online website. The recipe should then come up

Ooops sorry just checked - you do have to type the recipe in the search box (top right) when the page comes up
