I am lactose intolerant and struggle to find foods/recipes I can eat without the added problem of actually considering fat/sugar content. Most of the recipes featured include milk or milk products and the lactose free milk doesnt always cook well.
also I am a very busy person and dont have much time for cooking/preparation although I do enjoy cooking when I get a chance. A husband who travels as part of job so never sure when he will get home and 2 kids who are fussy eaters!
