Hi, I am 50 yrs old, I have been trying to lose weight for at least 13 yrs ( I have proof of this) I have tried every diet and can't lose weight on 1000 cals daily and can't lose weight on 1500 cals daily. I am not shy but do not want to go on tv. BUT If i lose weight then I will go on tv - I do not think any of your eating plans will help me lose weight. Do you want to take up my challenge??????
