i have bought organic or free range for years now. (Eggs too) I would rather have 2 or 3 meat-free days and eat good quality meat when I do have it. Organic chickens may LOOK small for what you pay - BUT they don't shrink like 'cheap' birds and the taste/texture is so much better. I think there is an issue with supermarkets adding on such a premium to the price. I was interested to learn what 'Freedom Food' meant. I have seen the label but not understood it before!
