Didn't see Willie or the wife wearing that much protective and clean clothing when fulfilling the big orders,no hair protection either,this is mandatory when preparing food for public sale,I think standard practices may have been overlooked in Willies mad rush for publicity and getting the big order!!don't bee surpirsed if you find a hair in you bar of Venezuelan Black!
