Hi, i've recently moved to Bury and i want to go out for a nice Italain meal over the weekend but i don't really know the where i should go and where i should avoid. I keep hearing about Toto Ristorante on Walshaw Cross and its website looks good. Has anyone eaten there and have any comments or thoughts about it or for Bury in general? I'm gonna be taking my parents with me so its important that i go somewhere nice
There are lots of good Italians in Bury. The one you mentioned is good as is Serjios on Manchester Road near the townhall.Verona on Silver St is very good also. There is a new one called Antonios in Whitefield which Im told is good and also La Campanina on Sunnybank Rd is good.
I have lived in Bury all my life and think its a decent town, a lot nicer than the other larger old mill towns close by.Just a pity about the odd grot spot and occasional litter.
Also a good thing is the proximity to Manchester and everything that hads to offer.Hope Ive been of use, where have you moved to Bury from?
