I am trying to trace any relatives of mine, surname Starbuck, that might have died in the First World War. Midlands region, Staffs/Leics. If anyone has any details please let me know, many thanks.

Have a look on http://www.cwgc.org site and enter just Starbuck in the surname search there are quite a few Starbucks in the areas you mentioned. To find out more details of mother/father or spouse and address tap on the underlined name. Very useful when following you family tree. Smile

Hi,

I'm a student historian and have been performing this exact same task. I work as a volunteer for the British War Graves project, and we have load of people called Starbuck on our database, in some cases we also have photo's of the graves.

If you need any help e-mail me and i'll see what I can turn up for you

Best wishes

Amy
