At my daughter's primary school here in Cumbria they regularly tell us that the produce is locally sourced......well where exactly do they produce hot dogs and chicken dinosaurs in this fine county?
I am so glad that Jamie has highlighted this issue, but we can't expect him to do everything.We parents must keep pressuring the Government through our local schools, and best of all educate our children about food and teach them to cook.
Bring back cookery in schools instead of this nonsense of Food Technology which seems to revolve around the design of packaging.
