I just love the Notebook that is used in the series. Please can someone tell me if this is his own and if they are his drawings and doodles or was this created for the show by someone else.

It's Jamie's own handwriting & doodles.

Unfortuantely you don't find them on the actual book... I should know because I just recd yesterday my Jamie At Home book which also included a Jamie At Home canvass bag yay !!!

It looks as though either Jamie or someone close to him is into Scrapbooking.

I'd love to see the book in more detail. Is there anywhere that there are some pages to look at in a little more detail. I feel a scraplift coming on

The graphics on the program are quite inspirational. I would be more inclined to buy the cookbook if it was in the same format as the TV graphics. Surely there's an opening for some enterprising publisher to re-issue an alternative version of the book. It's much more visual and immediate.

I agree with John. I've just been given the book and it's a bit disappointing after the series. would love to see it printed as it appeared on the programme with all the lovely scribbles and drawings!

I agree with this. I reviewed his book in W H Smith and decided not to buy it. I agree with all that has been said on the graphics and notebook style. It would be easier to visualise and remember the recipes.

Can we get the whole series so far on DVD? If so then I would be much more able to follow his examples! I come from an age when a recording on VHS was kept for future reference.

I think he talks quickly so that you have to buy the book to find out the ingredients!
