Can anyone remind me what are the ingredients for Jamie's barbecued lamb (etc) marinade from Jamie at home? I saw the programme, but failed to write down the ingredients. I know it included ketchup and fennel seeds, but after that my memory is a blank. I'm supposed to be cooking it tomorrow, and I ahven't got the book!
