Just watched this weeks episode.. Great ideas as usual, but thought it may be an idea to point out that that the biscuit tin smoker could do with being 'burnt off' for a bit prior to putting any fish in it, or you'll just be smoking your salmon in varnish fumes from the coating inside the tin!

I was thinking exactly the same..... was also thinking....... where's the 'tiddies'....... doesn't anyone eat spud anymore.
