I watched all three eps last night.

I did enjoy it somewhat, will keep watching for the present.

Well invasion seem like a complicated series just as confusing as Lost, ok I will start with female Doctor, I’m slightly confused as whether she was infected or not because the fact that she removed the leech from diver suggest that she not completely changed but something has happened to her. I hope in the future episode this will be cleared up. At least her daughter knows there’s something strange about her mother.

Park Ranger-I hope he doesn’t turn out to be one of those character with saving people complex but apart from that he seem to be the most trustworthy guy on the show or until he becomes infected-not sure when that will be. I have feeling it might be soon. Still loved the shower scene between him and his wife-what a fantastic body , shame we couldn’t see much of it. Loved the kids walking in but if u notice there reaction it was shocked which suggest this might happened often.

I got the impression that tha female Doc was actually a pod-person. The skeleton the layabout-brother found was hers, that ring was hers. The woman we see was grown as a copy; that's why she was found naked and "smells different". Obviously they copied the brain too, which is why she still seems like herself to a large extent. Presumably the aliens also made a few changes though, and perhaps those changes will begin to assert themselves and take over as the series progresses.

I watched all three eps back to back,so not too sure what happens solely in the third ep on E4. But the E4 ep is airing on C4 on sunday, so just in case, I`m going to put everything below a spoiler warning, in case I mention something that happened in ep 3.

The way we have been shown things so far IMPLY he`s not to be trusted. But I found it far too obvious.

He did look very shocked at the sight of the 3 men in biosphere suits carrying that crate.
If he`s a good guy, then he was genuinely shocked at being misled by the Air Force. If he`s a bad guy then he was shocked at the woman noticing the men. I suppose that would depend on what happens next, with regards the reporter.

Now, I assumed the skeleton was the body of the Sheriff`s FIRST wife. The bit of metal found with her was said to be plane fuselidge, and she did die in a plane crash. Although it was not specified WHERE. The inscription on the found ring matched the inscription on the back of the wedding photo of the FIRST wife.

BUT...........


Are`nt we being led to believe that the lights the little girl saw were the aliens ARRIVING in the area? How could the Sheriff`s first wife go missing and be found intertwined with an alien skeleton if the aliens have only just arrived in the area?

After all this times of making sci-fi, I doubt there is anything original in any new sci-fi show anymore. Just bits from this, bits from that, all mixed together to make a show/film.

According to the Media section of the Guardian today, I looks like Invasion is doing ok in the States - regular 12 million viewers. Dunno if that's good, but the article made it sound like the show is doing ok.

Wow, this series is really getting pretty good. Decided to watch the next episode on E4 after yesterday's episode on Channel 4, and it was nevre racking. And they managed to see that big fish in yesterday's channel 4 episode, or rather they managed to see the lights and harpoon it. I think the park ranger guy is now wondering whether it was an alien or not, after the tracker went nuts when he saw the son of that shutgun weilding guy.

Ok cool. Thanks Bala, will NOT miss it. Let me get this straight, the epsiode on Sunday at 9 on E4 is a repeat of Wednesday night's episode on E4, and Ch4 is a week behind, is that right? But thanks - will make a point of watching it. And has it bene 10 weeks already? Man time flies....

Ok last night's episode on Ch4 - pretty cool, last ngith's ep on E4 - wow. This is seriously getting good. Won't spoil it for people who haven't seen it, but it was good.
