So any cold you have lasts longer due to tunmmy problems? thats awful . I have to be careful myself as a cold stays on my chest, O/H just drinks buckets of orange juice and it doesn't get congested (thankfully).

I get insomnia quite a lot. Used to go jogging, but where I live now there's no street lights. Or pavement. So it's not a good idea, really.
