Yeuch. I'm sticking to teetotalism. Anything that needs to be cured with Irn-Bru or black pudding is definitely to be avoided.

Irn Bru is lovely, but I don't find it a great hangover cure, simply because of the fizzy after taste that leaves you foaming at the mouth!!! But I do love a swig of Irn Bru. The o/h is very partial to it too, so because it's difficult to get over here, I get it every now and again as a treat. If you're gonna have a hangover drink, it's got to be a bottle of ice cold coke.

As for black pudding, I'm more a white pudding kinda girl. I find black pudding a bit gloopy *holds down breakkie* and white putting a bit more flavoursome.

hey thanks ruby!!! A few others have the same avatar over in General and it was getting very confusing. My posts were usually so easy to find, but lately I'd be scrolling down through threads thinkin, I don't remember posting in here and reading the post going I don't remember typing that. It was slowin me down no end!!

BTW I was watching a trailor for a new TV show starting on Living, Men in Trees or something, and there was a guy at the beginning that I knew from somewhere but couldn't place him, and then it struck me...he was the Reverend of Arcadia in Pure Dee Poison. I guess when you start recognising the supporting actors, it's time to take a break from the A-Team

I had a dream the other night that Face was in Jag (I've never even seen an ep of Jag!), but it was Face, not Dirk Benedict. Anyhoo, he got into a bit of bother and the van careers into save him, only they were different guys playing the characters, Eddie Murphy was playing BA!! The others I didn't recognise (must have been the stunt doubles )

No I haven't seen the Mighty Boosh....I can't think of where I've seen him. Maybe it's just over the years I've spotted him or something.

That on and off again comment reminds me of the joke....the girl rings the IT company because her computers broken and the guy goes through everything and in the end tells her to put the computer back in the box and send it back to them coz she's too stoopid to own a pooter

Was watching Street Hawk last night - episode eleven, called "The Arabian". It had MC Gainey in it, playing a nasty piece of work. For a change...

mc gainey? playing a baddie? surely you jest?

Wasn't the best episode, but it was fun. It's been fab watching the series again. Only got one episode left. Acting mostly grand, though the lead woman in the pilot was dire. The bike is gorgeous, Norman is adorable, and Jesse spends a frankly hilarious amount of time half-naked. Or, indeed, entirely naked save for a towel. An average episode consists of:

Jesse showering.

Jesse working out, half-naked.

Jesse draped on some convenient piece of furniture in Norman's bedroom, wearing nothing but a towel.

Jesse draped on various bits of Norman's desk, weaing nothing but a towel.

And then there's some crime-fighting stuff too. Seriously, though, it's a lot of fun. And I may be exaggerating the nakedness slightly...

I have read something very strange on .org that is Dirk's other website that he and Dwight won't be returning to uk cos of kind of getting into fights!!!! (well more Dwight actually) i may be getting this sooo mixed up but if you happen to come across 'leatherface vs face, under dirks name in that popular vid sharing site place don't watch it.
Its very abusive.
I don't know whether its meant to be 'comedy' but its ain't nice.

You know I'm gonna have to go and look at that clip now!!! How could Dwight get into a fight though??? Unless it's down to his rightwingedness, but even at that Dwight seems such a gentle little soul, why would anyone want to fight with him, or Dirk of course for that matter.

I'll have to wait till I get home (no sound in work) so if it's really uncomfortable viewing let me know. Is it worse than George Peppard and his game show incident?

Ooooh I'm finishing work tomorrow and travelling to the Dales next week. Can't wait to see the van!! I got an e-mail from the Museum to say the van and Kitt are still on display and will be till the end of Sept. Yay!

This guy swears a lot and is aggressive and it seems to start with him approaching Dirk and Dirk looks at him and refuses to shake his hand, the blokes name is andrew something or other. Then he calls Dirk names and then Dwight wades in.. But the guy is american, who does this clip.

I viewed it thru .org, and they said on their thread that it wasn't on the censored list on 'vid shared place'

not sure if its a wind up myself but its still not nice to look at.

Ps watched top cars on tv last night
The A team van was number 8, in the top ten.
Kitt was 2 , Emma Peels Lotus was 6, Batman 5, Dels Boys Van 3 and no 1 was General Lee of the Dukes of Hazzard oh and Magnum was no 4...

The General Lee....now there was a car. I was only watching the Dukes of Hazzard at the weekend. I loved that programme. I haven't seen the movie...although Johnny Knoxville is lovely, I just can't bear to see TDoH being trounced on, esp by Jessica Flamin Simpson Whatever about trashing the A-Team van I loved when they'd do the jumps in the DoH and the GL would be smashed to pieces with the front wheels flying every where and the camera angle changes and they're speeding off with not a bother on the car!!

No i didn't watch the DoH film either, no reason but i didn't watch DOH much as a kiddie.

I have to admit on that leatherface vs face clip i didn't watch all off it, but the bloke was awful looking anyway, and the comments underneath didn't appreciate him either.

They also said on the Tv best cars, that the a team van was like a Tardis thats about right..
