Unfortunately it seems that ntl doesn't carry Sky 3 yet, so you Freeviewers have the jump on me

Las Vegas was ok, Tru Calling was ok (got better towards the end of the series...just before they cancelled it), haven't seen 24 S3. The other two didn't grab me at all.

Now back to the chat...

I agree about Tru Calling. It got a bit samey in the middle. I'd like to see the 6 episodes they did of the second series. But I think its unlikely they'll show them.

I don`t see why they can`t show the odd 6 eps from season 2.

Those eps are available on the DVD box set.

Well Jake 2.0, why is it 2.0?, I mean it makes no sense? I like this pilot episode, I thought it was good but being a sci-fi fan I seen this thing time and again so to certain extent I would say I was a bit disappointed but don’t get me wrong I enjoyed the episode. So now he’s going to become an agent, it’s going to be interesting to see how he will cope since he has no experience. The series description is wrong it wasn’t a computer virus it was an microchip which enhanced his abilities.

Tru Calling, I had doubt about that actress playing this character, for those buffy/angel fans we expect to see some bad-ass fighting instead of her running around city like mad girls which was amusing, I never noticed the fact she ran quite funny in the episode, the annoying thing is that title sequence gave away most of this pilot episode which was disappointing but the graphics of title sequences are quite cool for the show.

So her sister is a drug addict, her brother a gambler and she sleeping with her professor, which isn’t a problem. She has enough problems to deal with and her family seem to be the tough thing, it’s strange how she seem only responsible person in her family.

Tru Calling has potential, the pilot wasn't great and was fairly predictable with some plot holes. I noticed the frequent, frenzied running, LOL I was thinking, it would be so much easier for her if she had a car, or even a bicycle!
I'll try and catch next week's episode.

Didn't see Jake 2.0, but I suspect the 2.0 in his name refers to the fact that he's an improved version of his former self(version 2.0?)?

maybe she didn't have a driving licence at that time, bike would be good but she must really be fit to run like that

i watch first episode of Mutant X i liked it

Freeview box reports it as 'Sky Travel'. - never heard of any of those shows.

I was expecting holiday programs, not that i watch much tv anyhow.

I liked Tru Calling but felt it was slightly wasted on ED. She needs to be in something where she can kick ass because she does it so well and the show got predictable after a bit. And then just when it started to get interesting they went and cancelled it

Tru Calling was good last night, no matter how predictable the kiss between the fireman and Tru was. Eliza Dushku is such a great actress and I'm so glad we get to see the show again.

it was good episode , i so glad he died, it would been too chessy if she saved the fireman, that reality whoich i like, the fact that u can't save everybody

The firefighter dude had some really shiny teeth though. Those fangs annoyed me.

it's not that i been quiet it more due too many reviews to write so i gave up, when i realise i was doing more then 2 reviews everyday for few month i made descision to stop , i will soon start doing reviews after christmas.

i didn't realise anyone read them , nip/tuck most people find those review a bit short but thanks for saying that u enjoyed reading it. i don't have sky one S3 n/t out of the question
