Whoa!

Is it just me or was this quite amazing, particularly in comparsion with the previous episodes of the show!?
There was just so much raw incident, subplots up the ying yang and yet I found I could keep track of them all; Marian's quest (that punishment scene was genuinely scary, even when its true nature was revealed), Roy's final hurrah (that character just annoyed me before now, now when they finally make a believable, engaging character out of him they kill him off?), and the Gisborne baby all complement as well as coexist with each other.
The subtext, this week referring to the Hurricane Katrina debacle, is also much more deftly realised and interwoven into the narrative than in previous weeks.
Would it be out of the question to give every episode of any second season to writer Mark Wadlow?
Bravissimo.
