I would have to say that I like them both. But my favourite of the two is SG1 as without it we wouldnt have Atlantis

I totally agree with you on that one Claw, im on season 2 and season 9 of atlantis and sg1 respectively and both are battling each other for the best storylines, its fantastic!

I agree fans are in for a treat! The Lost boys episode of Atlantis is great! Oh and I hope to be going to a event in London where they are having three of the main cast! Flanigan and Rainbow Sun Franks etc. Roll on FEB!

Also dont forget to listen to my show on Area 51 Radio Station.Com tonight from 6pm for the results of my interview vote!

It's a shame we've had to wait till the new year for SG-1 season 9 to continue past episode 10.

SG-Atlantis is up to episode 15 on the net, at least in hi-def, it may be even further in standard def. SG-A may be ahead of SG-1 because they're showing it earlier in Canada than in the States, not sure.

Someday Sky will realise that if they want people to watch stuff when they broadcast it then they can't broadcast it months after the States or Canada.

A helluva lot of us have broadband now, and as more and more people discover how easy it is to get stuff early the big series premieres will mean less and less. Sky needs to improve its leverage with the States so that it can premiere stuff at the same time.

Having said that I still tend to watch when these things are shown on Sky, it's hardly a big deal by then though. And now that I'm getting the eps in hi-def there's even less reason to watch it on Sky, at least until they go hi-def next year.

And I rarely bother watching them on C4 anymore, so I'm afraid I haven't seen you yet Claw, nor your Clawdettes.

Beckett: Faint is a proper medical term.

And it was lots of fun too. Claw was right, everyone I met at T4 is sooo lovely Smile But there's so much information you can say about the episodes and upcoming sci-fi stuff and just no time to fit any of it in.

Well I hope you wore something nice for bala, I saw him hitting on you in the other forum Big Grin

So the 'presenters' on T4 didn't take the piss at all? They aren't exactly popular around here, especially June Sourpong Wink

Hey, cool eps tomorrow, especially seeing Claudia on Stargate SG-1 Smile

Ok so the outfit I wore may be a tad revealing Red Face but it's all for bala Razz

Steve was the only presenter I met and he was sound. Maybe they took it easy with me being a girl. Big Grin

I still haven't made up my mind about Claudia on SG-1. It'll be a long time before I stop thinking of her as Aeryn.

LOL, and so the cult of bala claims another victim Big Grin

I guess there can be advantages to being a girl, beyond the obvious one of having boobs...I know guys can grow their own beer-boobs but they're just not the same...even with waxing...

I know what you mean about Claudia but luckily her character in SG-1 is very different to Aeryn. The outfit isn't all that different though...

The next season of SG-1 seems like a refuge for stars of cancelled sci-fi shows though. I think they overdid it personally, but Jack should be back for the season after so all will be well again Smile

True, they should put her in pink Big Grin
mostly the two characters are different enough. But take another look at the scene where she meets Daniel in Prometheus One today. First time I saw it all I thought of was Aeryn's first meeting with John.

Not sure what you mean about Jack though? Confused (-S8 forum probably not the best place to carry on this discussion tho-)

Sorry, that was me. Didn't realise my flatmate was still logged in to forums <sigh>- you introduce someone to something and they take it over Frown

Will have to steal her milk from the fridge to make up from her lack of logging out on my PC Big Grin Also because I ran out of milk.

Ahh, so that's not your secret identity then? Wink

Hmmm, Claudia Pink doesn't have quite the same ring to it...didn't she also wear black in Pitch Black? And presumably Black's not her real name, she must've picked it...the woman's more obsessed with black than that Fast Show character! Eek

I think it's already been mentioned here that Jack's not really in season 9 but that he should be back for season 10...last I heard anyhow...if not then it has been now. Shouldn't count as a spoiler as far as I'm concerned Smile

Love the way an excuse for stealing your flatmate's milk presented itself just when you'd run out, nice bit of serendipity...it's great when things work out like that Big Grin

We're just kidding bala no need to worry Wink

RDA's not back at all any season, except for a guest spot or two, after S8 as far as I know.

Who flagged it? And you said you were going to change it, but the second "it" looks exactly the same as the first "it"...

Yes, you are my world Razz

Actually I was just checking that Six was who she said she was. Not that I have trust issues, but if I meet one more 21-year-old female art student with long hair who turns out to be a 21-stone hairy male lorry-driver... Roll Eyes

Well it was obvious from the other thread that she was recording the spot after your conversation. And that, rather than judging her on her presentation skills and encyclopedic sci-fi knowledge you'd instead be judging her on whether or not she's cute Razz

Actually it's kinda weird; I think I can safely say this is the first time I've started chatting to someone online and seen them on TV the next day. Except on Crimewatch...

well, it's not like i put a gun to her head?

Well that wouldn't be the most subtle recruitment technique...anyway I believe clubbing them over the head and dragging them back to your place by their hair is rather more traditional. Just make sure they don't have hair-extensions, they tend to come loose Wink

You know if we could bottle what you've got we could make a small fortune...we could charge people to have us keep the cork in Big Grin

Only teasing bala. You know what it's like when you think of a good line, it's just gotta be used Wink

That's a bugger; I'd heard he was just taking a break, admittedly that was a while ago. Browder's ok but his humour's just not the same. RDA's has a childlike quality whereas Browder's has a childish quality.
