Woah. I think I've just slipped into a weird parallel universe, where HMV are reasonably priced. A pound cheaper?! Are you sure you're not confusing the shop sign for "HMV" with "Woolworths"?! The only thing that HMV is cheaper than is a backstreet moneylender with 200% interest rates and a pit bull terrier named Fang.

Lol @ mickey. Yeah, I had trouble believing that too, but it could be possible. I've boycotted HMV, Virgin and esp Our Price (£14 a CD last I saw) for so long I can't comment. The best places I find are play.com or cd-wow. Free delivery and no queues.

You've still got an Our Price?! I thought they'd all disappeared years ago! First records that I bought myself came from Our Price, and they were cheaper than anyone else, then. Hence the name I guess. They all got bought up by WH Smith, which probably explains the price hike. I thought Smiths had closed them all, though.

HMV have just started being reasonable with their prices. They were always cheaper online than in the shop, but now if you look most thinks are a least a pund cheaper there than play, and they got free delivery! I mean in the shop Quantum Leap (season 1) was £20, it was £15 online (£16 at Play)

Not my local HMV! Nooooo way. Woolies is sometimes the same price as Play, and sometimes a little cheaper. Tesco and Sainsbury's are often the same price or a little cheaper. HMV are way more expensive. Average CD prices are £8.99 at Play, £9.99 at Tesco and Sainsbury's, sometimes at Woolies, and £12.99 or more in HMV. Average DVDs are £9.99 - £12.99 at Play, £12.99-£14.99 at Tesco, Sainsbury's and Woolies, and £19.99 on up at HMV. You must have a very nice local branch, Jazri!

Yeah definitely. The ones near me are about what Mickey describes price wise too. The only reasonable prices are to be found in sales. Our Price was still there last time I looked, Mickey. It was really limited stock-wise with a chart CDs at £14+ and a tiny section of crappy CDs going 3 for 2. That was some time last year though, and knowing how observant I am it could have long since disappeared. There's a Music Zone near me and that sounds like what Our Price used to be before The Man took over (sorry I've seen Empire Records too many times). Really good as far as high street prices go and classic albums get cheaper over time. Unlike Virgin where Pulp's Diff'rent Class and Nirvana's Nevermind have been spotted at nearly £17! Wow this forum has gone slightly OT Quantum Leap is still great and I'm currently working my way through season 4.

If so, we've deliberately chosen to misunderstand her.

Random comment. I was watching Rocket Man today on BBC1, crap show but thats not the point. Has anyone else ever noticed the resemblance between Robson Green and Scott Bakula? Or is it just me?

It's definitely just you. *Tries to imagine Robson Green with floppy, grey-streaked hair* *Begs self not to try imagining Robson Green in the infamous "Chimp" episode* *Giggles at the thought of Robson Green winning a beauty pageant*

Lol, I know it doesnt seem to fit, but he really looked like him in the show! He has the nose, his face shape, the little frowny eyebrow together thing, his mouth goes into the same line shape as well. Okay, did I over analyse it?

I know everyone's perception is different and therefore reality is different for everyone, but Robson Green resembling Scott Bakula?!?!!! I can't imagine it without one hell of a miracle-working make-up artist and a fair bit of plastic surgery. I need photographic evidence.

But not a chimp impersonation. We really don't need a topless Robson Green. Please.

They have the same nose?! Does this mean they're Siamese twins, and they somehow greenscreened Robson out of Quantum Leap?!

I reckon Scott Bakula and Greg Rusedski look a lot alike. Actually, I think they're probably the same person. You never see them in the same room. Coincidence much?

No I'm Scott Bakula! I'm intrigued about this time-share nose. So did whoever was sharing Jacko's welch on the deal and keep it?

Lol, your so pedantic, you know what I meant! No wait, you're right, they share a nose, they Fed Ex it to each other wen they need it and schedule their working days so that they can each have it wen they need it. And becca, I always thought he looks a bit like Greg Rusedski. Okay now, pictures of Robson Green in Rocket man . . . HERE the second one most of all, I'm not saying they're long lost brothers, just that they look alike!

lol. Ok you two can be Scott Bakula as long as I can be Al and I can sing the "you can call me Al" song by Paul Simon a lot (not that i need an excuse). Thanks for the photos jazri but I still don't see it. Althugh it's far more understandable than Greg Rusedski... What are you people on?
