I've heard from a few people who have seen the show already, and the general view is "not bad exactly, but really one for the kids". Aren't the trailers awful?! Not remotely exciting.

And most of the main cast are way too young.

Yeah, it's good. Daft, but entertaining. The professor and his weirdly cool, super-tracking lab assistant are good, but the student is ghastly. SClub7 girl was annoying at first, but turned out well. Great FX. Annoying emo-back-story for the professor, but hopefully that won't get in the way too much.

I will certainly watch again next week.

Enjoyable enough, but I 'wouldn't worry if I missed it kind of thing'.

Good acting by Rex.

hi Sasha. But I do disagree I think it was enjoyable and the characters were appealing enough first time around. Thank god not much genetic talk, it was a portal instead that let the varmints through. Oh and Doug Henshall looks good with short hair, I've only ever seen it long. Give it 7 out of 10.

It sounds like a good premise for a show, however after watching it I got the impression that it was just an excuse for a chinless wonder to show how many animations he could make his computer do.

If he's making his computer give me prehistoric beasties, then I don't care.

It also reminds me of 'Prehistoric Park' with Nigel Marven. He had a time portal.

Those computer creatures are very realistic though!

It reminded me in a strange way of Bugs. Even though the two probs couldn't be about 2 more different subjects.
I thought it was alright. I will probably watch it again but I'm not on tenterhooks. At least it wasn't as shit as Robin Hood.

Guessed that. Wink

Did you stick with Robin Hood? Because it got better. Episode eight was really good, and then nine floored everybody with the most slashy five minutes imaginable between Guy and the Sheriff. Big Grin

I did stick with it but found it immensely annoying. The main culprits being Robin and Marian. Loving Sir Guy though. He's a fittie and no mistake.

Robin is so boring! I see nothing to like there at all. Marian was made slightly more interesting by her fling with Guy, but she was still really annoying. Very unimpressive lead characters. But Guy's cool, certainly.

Robin is too effing cocky by far and so student union. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
At least with Guy you get some sense of inner turmoil and conflict.

The BBC's left wing propaganda is also unwelcome. The PTSD episode was the least subtle thing I've seen in a while.

It involved Kevin Costner. The chances of it ever being interesting are slim. Razz
