well i think both finales were bloody fantastic! i cant see the wraith being the salvation of earth as the ori are way to powerful for them! I really cant see how SG1 is going to beat the ori, we still havent heard from the asgard yet though so maybe they will show their grey butts soon. as for atlantis, sheppard must have got caught in the hyperdrive stream and got caught with wraith ship somehow.

Also which earth ship got blown up? the American or the Russian???? couldnt believe that sam was just there watching it in her space suit. cant wait till july/august for new premieres

There was at least one Asgard ship fighting the Ori.

The ship that blew up must have been the one Daniel wasn't on, unless he's going to do his "Oh I'm ascended, oh wait, no I'm not" routine again. So it must have been the American one that blew.

Did anyone get the parallels between the story of King Arthur's conception and that of Vala's baby? Perhaps her baby is to be the Ori's Arthur.

Of course Daniel has to go back to Camelot, meet Arfur, get the SanGreal, whup the Ori and maybe that'll stop their ships working or summat.

Lousy tactics from our guys by the way. They should all have concentrated their fire on one part of one of the ships to try to take it out. Once that's done they all concentrate on another. Spreading their fire about like that was just plain dumb; have they never played Command & Conquer? Roll Eyes

Normally I wouldn't expect a single Wraith hive ship to be more than our lot could handle, especially with Asgard help. I guess they're all a little busy right now though.

Now with 33% more je ne sais quoi

I thought it was also dumb that they didnt concentrate their fire on one ship! What if Vala's baby is actually some form of Arthur, i mean the people in Camelot said he was returning soon now that the sword has been pulled from the stone. Obviously as a baby you cant expect the baby to do much but it might have some rapid ageing to get to a certain age quicker than the average human! would not be the first time with seen something like that, remember the harsesus (sp?)!

There are huge debates all over the internet about which of the two F304s got blown up. People's initial thoughts are that it had to be the Odyssey because none of our heroes were on board, but current spoilers for Season 10 (which can either change or have been deliberately seeded to wind people up) suggest that it was the Korolev. If the latter, presumably Cam made it to an F302 in time, and Daniel ... well, who knows?! Maybe Kvasir did a sweep over the ship and beamed everyone off?

Major spoiler re the baby:

Vala's baby does indeed grow up very quickly and becomes an important (speaking!) character early in S10.

Major spoiler alert, not even disguising the text in purple makes it unreadable, so I`ve left a lot of spoiler space.

Oh not again!! can`t ANYONE have a normal growing baby? V had a miracle grwth baby, The Original Battlestar Galatica had a miracle growth baby. Angel had a miracle growth baby. And BTVS had a miracle ball of energy to 16yr old in the blink of an eye)[/

John Smith: So what am I then? Nothing. I`m just a story.

Doctor: You`re an echo. That`s all. A TimeLord is so much more. A sum of knowledge; a code. A shared history. A shared suffering. Only it`s gone now, all of it. Gone forever.

I know - to me, that's just another sign that Stargate has jumped the shark. I know that they've taken old oft-repeated ideas in the past and put a completely new spin on them, but I just can't see it happening here.

*sighs*
