"Alice the camel has 1 hump. Alice the camel has 1 hump, alice the camel has 1 hump so go alice go bom bom bom..."

Think of G'Kar for your sermon... I think of him when I try to sound profound or revelatory.

Figured out why guys with long hair are sensitive. They understand the hours and pain it takes to get all the knots and tangles out!

I've just cut a foot off mine.

Ranger Elenopa,

See, i'd cut my hair... but im mortally afraid that it will go really horribly thick and completely curl up and i'll look like my sister... NOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I'll stick to this hair... I think seeing a princess who was associated with a certain hedgehog ranger having hair rather like this is a certain factor.

Shifted a load of stuff to the upstairs room that im going to inhabit until I go to uni-- don't ask. I just have to change rooms again... sigh. Well, theres a lot more room up there for action figures and other scifi/fantasy related parafinalia (Sp? I really can't be arsed to go and look that up)

Well I'd offer you the correct spelling, but I'd only get my head bitten off. Smile Hair. Ugh. I tried growing mine once, as I wanted to look like Brian May. It didn't work. When my hair starts to grow it goes into ringlets, then eventually winds up doing a Rastafarian thing, which really doesn't suit me. So I keep it short. Ish. Currently it's doing some weird "look at me, I just stuck my fingers in an electricity socket" thing, which I suspect is a combination of it being stubborn bloody stuff, and the fact that I washed it, and then took the dog for a walk in a high wind. Roll Eyes

Okay, enough about hair. Ranger, if you cut it and it goes horribly thick and curly, you stand an equal chance of winding up looking like me. Which is really scary.

And this time, definitely enough about hair.

I don't know Alice the camel. I suspect I'm glad about this. I do, sadly, know Little Rabbit Foofoo though, aggravating sod that he is. What is it about annoying animals in song?

Gosh, Elenopa. I haven't done a reading whatsit in church since I was about eight. Best of luck!

Haire today- goon tomorrow!... maybe it should of been O'Haire today- gone tomorrow.

I've got a good one now for a song fic--
Don't fear the Refa!
hehe? no not really. Oh well.

Just looked at my B5 action figures... age 4 and up... do they really think people are going to let their kids play with them?

"Nathan! Stop pitting Kosh Vs Barbie! And throw Sheridan out the window one more time and there'll be trouble!"--

Must get a Londo... have to see if the attributes rumours are true.

Another thing- why does Marcus have no Pike? (Now who'll be the first to link this to the attributes comment). Infact, why does Marcus have brown hair, and his cloak is wrong and moan moan moan...

*Ranger wonders what would happen if she pitted Marcus against a ringwraith. It would end in her realising she'd have to open the packages for both no doubt.*

You've got them in their boxes still?! Definitely crazy Ranger.

Marcus comes with a tiny White Star doesn't he? Bizarre. And why is it so small, it's no good to anybody! At least, that's with the small figures. It's different with the big figures, where the Marcus looks even more impressively unlike the real thing. It'd make a good selling gimmick with the Londo figure though - "With real grabbing tentacles!" Just no explanation as to what the grabbing tentacles really are...

I quite fancy watching Marcus .v. a Ringwraith.

I knitted a Marcus figure once, with a pike. Gave it to Jason the first time I met him.

A knitted Marcus figure? Wow! You could sell those "As Owned by Jason Carter." Big Grin

Was a little bluesy coming in, but the idea of a knitted Marcus figure is so wonderful and kookie (in a good way) i have been forced to smile.

Marcus, Stephen and the three ringwraithses are still in there boxes. Nightcrawler, Aragorn, Brego, Legolas, Boromir and Gimli are out- and I have a Frodo to open. I have the small B5 figures... If I got them out their boxes one of my cousins might get hold of them... and NO ONE plays action man with my Marcus figure... actually Barbie would be more disturbing... and isn't a Delenn action figure an Oxymoron?

So is TMOS gonna be about the Drak War then?

Ooh, knitted Marcus. Does it look more realistic than the plastic ones?!

Delenn can have an action figure. Remember Matters Of Honour? She held her own with Marcus in that episode. She can handle a pike. I'm sure it wouldn't be possible to be Entil'zha if you can't.

I like the idea of Jason owning a knitted Marcus. Do you suppose he takes it to bed with him?! His wife might prefer to cuddle that one, on the grounds that it's less hairy. Smile

I knitted most of the command staff actually, then sent them to the actors. I got a very nice note from Pat Tallman.

No more news on TMOS yet. I will post any as soon as I hear.

My mother tried to teach me to knit once. Didn't work. There was a tangle, and much stitch dropping, and my cat ran away with the wool. Smile Not bad at sewing though...

You're pretty serious about the knitting lark though? You must be really good at it.

aww! Pat Tallman rules!- even if she did marry a vorlon.

Have you made a JMS yet? It'd have to be pulling it's hair out and have a buddy the cat with it...

So what did Jason say- apart from- "Wow it's me- if I were made of wool."

Delenn action figure mehh... 1 action scene in 5 years! No disrespect to Delenn... but most of her life was spent looking pretty or telling us about how "A thousand years ago.." or "There are beings in the universe billions of..." ... action hero she was not. Hense action figure a bit silly really. (I don't mean any of this... I just have to satirise everything I See) One could also argue that a Kosh action figure was silly...

... wonders if B5 will ever be big enough to warrent a movie like "Trekies,"... maybe your woolen crew could feature.... Denise Crosby was showing off a Cross-Stitch of herself... Y'never know!

Failing that, Elenopa could borrow a camera and make a film starring her woollen creations. The Clangers do Babylon 5. Smile

D'OH! Smile

Maybe she could market them with accesories- Sheridan comes with an orange, G'Kar comes with a book, Marcus comes with a pike, a bucket, 15 badgers or ferrets, a unicorn and a dragon. (did I miss anything?)... oh a big red and white sigh that says stop. Silly me.

You lot are quite mad. Big Grin

Then again, the latest scarf I had on Ebay has been bought by The Who Shop International Eek

I want to know what they are going to do with it.

I just thought up a great closing line to Restoring Hope for when I finally get to the end.

"Well, You can do the bedtime story tonight Grandpa." Ivanova said, with emphasis on the Grandpa. "I hope you know some good ones."

Marcus thought for a moment before replying, "Do you know 'Hans my Hedgehog'?"

Be interesting to see from your reviews just how many people get that reference! Smile

The Who Shop could have almost anything planned. Such as resale at profit! Or they might plan to use it in store for one of their displays. They deal online, but they also have a proper store, and have a lot of signings, public appearances there, etc, so I'd guess they'd be on the lookout for things they can use like that.

Little knitted Marcus should also have some knitted boxes to play I-Spy with. Smile How did you make the Isil'zha, Elenopa?

The Isil'zha was embroidered.

My friend and I figured out that The Who Shop can't sell the scarf on for profit because it is not official merchandise and they are likely to get done for copywrite if they do. I hope that it will be put on display or loaned out for photo shoots. That would be something to mention when I sell the next one Big Grin

Do spoo - spoos? - need knitting for? What would you knit for a spoo?

Sorry about your grandmother, Ranger. Just console yourself with the thought that if she's made it this far, she's tough! Smile

Sorry to hear about your Grandmother Crazy.

She'll probably come bouncing back. Anybody that's reached that age, it's hard to keep them still.

SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!!!!

Now I might get some more writing done.

Oh writing. My pen calls.

My grandmother also has an infection so she couldn't have her hip replaced today. She probably colapsed because she didn't tell anyone about the infection and get it treated. Ranger is a little... frustraited. well, she lived through a heart attack last year (fighting with other people at the home 4 days later!). If she's not ok shes had a good run. If she is then I have nothing to worry about.

Not to mention i had a review from some numb-nuts who thinks im stopping with No compromises... they odviously had NO IDEA how hard it was to go through and make sure i'd dropped in my arc threads correctly...I think it's the same person who threatened to get you if you didn't finish- Elenopa. Grr Grr Grr.

Ranger has lots of repressed anger right now. Maybe she'll go find a bar-room of people to attack... or bite their knee-caps at least!

B5 reviewers at ff.net are very enthusiastic, aren't they. I've noticed this. All this time I've been a member, hardly getting any reviews - I thought it was because my stories were too long. Apparently it was because none of them featured Marcus and Ivanova completely failing to get off with each other. Wink Now suddenly reviews are dropping out of the sky. A good trick though? Finish your stories before you post them! Smile That way you can't be hounded by people threatening action!

Repressed anger no good. You've got to unrepress it! Get your little toy men out of their boxes, and let them beat each other up. Question. Do you have a cupboard? Is it like the one in The Indian And The Cupboard?! And if so, what happens when you put little Marcus in it? Smile

Oh the enthusiastic reviewers... telling me "Yeah this was great I liked your use of Words!"-- i'd rather someone came in and gave me an intelligent side like "I'm not so sure Marcus would be so enthusiastic looking for his shoes."

I was mainly irked because i've had A:U storylines going on paper for a year now and they've assumed i'm finishing with No Compromises when I've got ideas Past SIL... DO THEY HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MANY DRAFTS I HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET DAY OF THE DEAD RIGHT!

To be fair it wasn't the reviewers fault. they just assumed I was going to be lazy, bring back Marcus and that was it. They know not what plans I have for him.... (Mwah hah ha!)

Mickey, if I finished stories before I posted them... no lets try again. I don't have the motivation to finish things by myself at any speed. I think chaptering is a better way for me to go about it. Plus it gives readers an incentive to stay interested if you don't give them too much at a time. By the time I've been reading at FF.net for an hour my eyes are getting tired from the damn screen.

Wrote the end of The very long night last night. All I need now is a beginning and a middle...

Anger going to be released soon. Have discovered my best-friends ex has been sending emails of a threatening nature to another friend. His days are numbered. IM GONNA CUT HIS HEART OUT WITH A SPOON!

No no. The men stay in the boxes. Marcus has a shelf, not a cupboard. I'm not sure what'd happen if he went in a cupboard...

"He's sort of a- a sleeping partner." (Randell and Hopkirk! You can tell i've been spending my hours wisely not watching crime plus!)
