I think that were pretty good cult progs. does anyone miss them as much as I do?

i did like northern exposure,but don't really miss it,also liked twin peaks but in some parts i didn't get it,and i am sure i didn't get the ending.

If I'm remembering right, that wasn't supposed to be the actual ending. The show was axed.

no i am sure it was the ending of twin peaks,i also think they brought it back on ages ago,and i still didn't get the ending.

For years they were going to do a film to finish it off, then when they got the chance they did a bloody prequel instead (Fire Walk With Me)!

I think Lynch thought they'd do another film to finish off the story, but it never happened. I guess they're all a bit old to finish it off now.

I agree with you about Fire Walk With Me. Twin Peaks was very weird without a doubt, that's why i loved it so much. Northern Exposure was quirky and I loved the music from both.

I love Northern Exposure. My Season 4 DVDs came last week, so I'm enjoying watching them all over again.

I wasn't religious about Twin Peaks... I would quite like to get the DVDs to give it another go.

brave of US networks in 90s 2 put such quirky and smart tv outhere 4 mainstream.

I did'nt know that NE was on DVD, please where did you get them? I shall definately invest in buying them!

They're not hard to find in your local HMV, but ordering online is far cheaper.

I got mine from amazon, but Mickey is right, they are for sale in all the big stores.

I love Northern Exposure its was great until the doctor left, but series 1-4 are available at Play and Amazon.

Watched the beginning of TP, but lost interest, when it got to confusing.
