Presumably they do know about Pegasus - after all, the ascended Ancients know about Pegasus (c.f. "Threads" when one of the newspaper articles said, "Wraith on the way to Atlantis"), so the Ori must do as well. Maybe they don't have enough manpower to deal with two different galaxies at once and intend to head for Pegasus after they've dealt with the Milky Way.

Yes, but the Ascended Ancients also knew about the Milky Way, and had been protecting it from the Ori - no reason why they hadn't been doing the same with Pegasus. Besides, Daniel never mentioned the Pegasus Galaxy to the Ori or the Priors. He did, however, constantly go on about how he and Vala were explorers from another Galaxy, and a planet called Earth. It is entirely plausable that the Ori still have no idea about Atlantis, or the inhabitants of Pegasus.
