He'd also have to have an English accent, quote Shakespeare, and be played by Jason Carter, for Elenopa to be that excited. And I can understand. Marcus is immensely cool. Jack works best in Doctor Who, though.

*still drooling over Jack* Isn't Dr. Who supposed to only have quirkily good looking people in, not absolute stunners?

I'm sure John can do English accent - he studied Shakespeare darhling! After Anything Goes he stared in a Shakespeare play...no I don't stalk him, of course not... Abs (I'm lazy) - The whole point of Jack is that he's meant to be stunning. I'm so jealous of Cole Porter in DeLovely, he got to have sex with Jack and this other really hot dancer guy...alas I'm not a man so they wouldn't want me anyway...and this is a semifictional film...

Is JB gay in real life? If he is then that's just typical, they always get the gorgeous ones.

Unfortunately yes. He came out a few months before they started filming. If you've ever seen him dance you'd know he is though...gaah I'm being horribly stereotyping - SORRY!

My mate's brother is a dancer. I think he's the only one in the company that isn't gay They were all so pretty and boy, could they wiggle

Am I going to get mauled if I say that I wasn't all that impressed with Cap'n Jack? He wasn't, at first, what I had expected. Although I'll admit to warming to him slightly more by the end. Tonight's ep was pretty scary and that alone, I really liked. Nice for the little Beeb preview warning, too. Made me smile, did that. Yeah, good episode, nicely constructed, IMO. Looking forward to the conclusive part, to see what happens to chaps in gas-masks!

I knew you'd understand Mickey. Captain Jack is just too good looking. That never works for me.
Ranger Elenopa,
You can get more with a kind word and a two by four, than you can with just a kind word.

The looks are immaterial. Jack's totally cool.

It's John's 'wiggling' (and his voice obviously) that made me obsessed with him in the first place. Dad came home with about 4 TV guides :S one of which was the Sun with a lovely little interview with John saying how him and his partner Scott want to adopt a child - so sweet. He looks like he wore the same shirt on L&K as he did on BBC Breakfast the other day though :S

See, sometimes my avoidance of the tabloids doesn't pay off. I don't get any newspapers at all, but I live with a Times and Telegraph reader. No mention of DW at all today, although last Sunday's Telegraph had a mention of a "dashing space pirate." No interviews, just loads of twaddle about some new Johnny Vegas show. Really, there should be a ban on him being on the covers of magazines. Laughed so much when I heard that he had to go to hospital with concussion after a stunt when he asked members of his audience to punch him in the face. What a prat! Sorry. Digressing. Captain Jack. Cool. Um... and the Doctor too. Obviously...

Poor Jonny, I think he suffers from low self esteem When I saw him on Room 101 it was quite sad. Oh well, at least he's making some cash out of it. Why anyone would think that it would be OK for some one to punch you in the face (unless you are a stunt man) and why anyone would want to punch someone in the face is beyond me. Captain Jack.......*sigh* Thought it was funny when that kid took the piss out of the Doctor's nose and ears

Yeah, a lot of the humour has been poorly done in this series, mugging it up, but that was pretty good. I thought this ep was very like a Sapphire & Steel ep, which is a good thing

Yes, there was a bit of a Sapphire And Steel vibe. Last week too a bit, but last week lacked the essential creepiness.

I have decided something. Amongst his many gadgets, Jack needs a pogo stick. He does. He really does.

Liked the episode. Really creepy, wonder how many parents will complain, especially as it was on earlier than normal. Captain Jack isn`t my sort, so no drooling from me. You lot can fight over him or share, which ever you prefer. Appreciate the Beeb telling viewers to look away before the spoilers for next week. PS, if Nancy is the boy`s sister, why is he asking for "mummy"? is this part of what she isn`t telling anyone? speculation only.

Ooh oo oooooh *jumps up and down* My Mum saw Billie Piper in Marks & Spencer this morning, in the bread section. She didn't notice her at first because she was too busy ogling Billie's "very good looking" boyfriend. It was him that she recognised from heat. God only knows what she was doing in the ***** ****** branch. It's nowheresville !

did she say anything or just stare?

She surreptitiously stared. If she'd said anything it probably would have been "brush your hair". She's a typical mum.

I remember seeing Jennie Powell in a store when I lived in Manchester...I used to really fancy her when I was a kid. And Pat Phoenix from Corry in the same area. Never faniced her. I wouldn't bother a celeb though, it winds me up when people do it to me Especially since many more people now know what a Bugblatter Beast is

I remember seeing pics of Billie kissing a man in a park. Not sure if it was supposed to be Billie and Boyfriend, or Rose and Boyfriend. The guy was black, but as I was surrupticiously looking at the mag over someone`s shoulder, the only words I could read were the headlines screaming "Billie and Boyfriend". This was just as Dr Who started and Mickey was still shown as Rose`s boyfriend.
