Strange how the Aussies after liberating the land from the aborigines, have a stringant immigration policy for a continent, and we have an open door policy for an island.

Funny old world

Well first of all it is not an Islamic state, even the Saudias dont claim that, they claim it is a muslim state, and the king is the gaurdian of the kebah, very differnt things. Second the title of the state is Kingdom of Saudia Arabia.

Second, Ummah, just means nation, it does not refer to an over arching authority.

Third there is a "muslim Brotherhood" its a world wide political party, with branches in most countries. Look it up!

Actually I was referring to a universal Muslim Brotherhood, we are all brothers, I wasn't clear, I was not referring to the group who actually are the founders of many terrorist organisations.

Essentially I'm saying that it is all a Myth as we see Muslims killing Muslims etc..

The public aren't moving 'right'

I guess we will have to disagree.

You would claim things we're moving to the right's benefit as you are right-wing, all that shows is bias

The public are moving away from Labour, that does not mean that they wouldn't vote for a centre-left party if it existed and wasn't tainted by Bliar & Co's governance over the last few years.

People want a change, they don't necessarily want a lurch to the right. Hell, Cameron doesn't even have any policies we could call right-wing, so people aren't supporting him for that.

Big Grin

Just jesting with you.

I do honestly think that the general public are moving right, it is not based on bias it is based on observation. Wink

What I said earlier applies, if that was the case then the BNP would be more successful but it isn't

You know moving to the right does not equate to moving all the way right?

yes but you never said whether you thought it was a molehill or the mountain. I doubt people are moving to the right but I may be wrong as I do over-estimate people's intelligence and underestimate thier hatreds sometimes

So is it fair to say, in your 'mind', left is good and right is bad?

Pretty much a bigoted statement and very stereotypical. if you don't like to be on the recieving end of such behaviour, then practice what you preach.

We had heard stories of the abduction of women from taxis by sex-deprived Saudi youths. At a Saudi friend’s wedding at a luxurious hotel in Jeddah, women dared not step out of their hotel rooms and walk to the banqueting hall for fear of abduction by the bodyguards of a Saudi prince who also happened to be staying there.

Why had the veil and segregation not prevented such behaviour? My Saudi acquaintances, many of them university graduates, argued strongly that, on the contrary, it was the veil and other social norms that were responsible for such widespread sexual frustration among Saudi youth.

Very interesting.

It's my experience though , it's mainly due to posters like you and MM with her banal trolling
