Palin around is sure opening up a can o' worms... With friends like these ...McCain finds his own radical friend"In the form of G. Gordon Liddy. Now a conservative radio talk-show host, Liddy spent more than 4 years in prison for his role in the 1972 Watergate burglary. That was just one element of what Liddy did, and proposed to do, in a secret White House effort to subvert the Constitution. Far from repudiating him, McCain has embraced him."... McCain must cut ties with Black"In a recent interview with Fortune magazine, one of John McCain's top advisers made some controversial remarks - Charlie Black said a terrorist attack would be a beneficial event for the Republican candidate's campaign. He also said the recent assassination of leader Benazir Bhutto was a boost for the McCain campaign, even though it was an unfortunate event."... McCain's Terrorist Ties "How soon we forget that only a few short years ago John McCain was cozying up to Joe DioGuardi, an apologist for the radical Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA)."... etc., etc., etc....

got no idea what you are on about - especially as the election is between Obama and Palin
Republicans have harboured and protected terrorists for decades before their lil' flesh puppet came out with the immortal: “If you harbor terrorists, you are a terrorist,” - President George W. BushDeviant was likely referring to the open protection of Luis Posada Carriles - a CIA-trained terrorist who blew up a civilian airliner and is wanted over most of Latin America. He is directly involved with Poppy Bush all the back to Operation 40, the Bay Of Pigs & the infamous School Of The Americas. Perhap O'Bama should make it an election pledge to lock up some of these 'homegrown terrorists', and those responsible for funding/harbouring them, but that would likely lead to an open topped ride through Dallas...

And there was me thinking only the Republicans threw mud, lol. Didn't read all of the other two, but this part of your first link caught my eye: quote: Obama has been justly criticized for his ties to former Weather Underground member Bill Ayers, who in 1995 hosted a campaign event for Obama and in 2001 gave him a $200 contribution.
Didn't know that.....

Goes to show just how bankrupt the republican candidates are. Sad thing is I'm sure anyone who can read and write can figure the accusations are total bs, but I'm also sure a large number of the Palin supporters are blind to it or are so dogmatic that they just don't care about the truth and just want to win at any cost.

Meanwhile back on planet Zogg. Kerr Lick.Cant post the direct link as it contains the r word how mad is that. quote: A man told today how he was shot three times in a London street for wearing a Barack Obama T-shirt.
Dube Egwuatu was buying a mobile telephone top-up card in an off-licence when the gunman confronted him and glared at the top, which carries an image of the Democrat US presidential candidate underneath the legend 'Believe'.
The man then launched into a tirade of ray cist slurs, shouting 'I ****ing hate n*****s' and urging 36-year-old Mr Egwuatu to leave the shop with him.

Right now, my hopes are greater than my doubts. He has maintained a fairly strong lead for a couple of weeks now- 6-8 points, 11 on one poll! Only a few weeks left to go. Still, anything can happen. Got a bottle of champagne, chilling and ready to pop.

It would be a lot better if the Democrats vetted their candidates properly. The Swift Boat vets expressed their views of Kerry, and a lot of voters agreed with them...the correct solution is not to "fight swiftboating" but to find a better candidate next time. Meanwhile... quote: The New Party was a radical left organization, established in 1992, to amalgamate far left groups and push the United States into socialism by forcing the Democratic Party to the left. It was an attempt to regroup the forces on the left in a new strategy to take power, burrowing from within. The party only lasted until 1998, when its strategy of "fusion" failed to withstand a Supreme Court ruling. But dissolving the party didn't stop the membership, including Barack Obama, from continuing to move the Democrats leftward with spectacular success
The evidence that Obama is a far-Left extremist mounts every day. link

Evidence in American Thinker? C'mon. The New Party? See Working Families Party. Just small d democrat/progressive. And small potatoes anyway. Keep it up though. Mccain's back and forth focus on these "issues" are exactly what's turning off voters.

Obsession? It's you republicans who "sit up a little straighter" when she winks.
Obsession is about right - even verging on clinical phoebia. Simple question - how many threads have been started complaining about Palin compared to how many about McCain. The liberals are starting to need clinical help for this obsession.
It is ironic how the leftylites in this place seem to hate and fear someone they simultaneously dismiss as an ignorant redneck. You can gauge their increasing desperation by the number of tenuous smear threads.
