A friend of mine who works for a production company, (I'm taking this with a huge pinch of salt) has heard a rumour that there is some sort of Spaced special being planned. Not a full series but nonetheless new spaced. I personally think it is better left as it is.
If you check out the Comedy section on the BBC's website you can read about, and listen to, an interview with Simon Pegg. In it he say's he'd love to do a 1 hour special to finish off all the loose ends from the series'. Whether it'll come to anything is another matter tho.

was never a fan of this when it was first shown my mum was which was strange.
But when it was repeated on uk gold last year I watched it & found it really good. The invisble gun shooting scene is probably one of the most fun to watch, most perfect peace of television viewing have seen.
Didnt like it the first time as I said but that was at a time in my life when I was listening to fatboy slim so things change & tastes mature.

I would love to see a series, but a special would be better than nothing. They must all be so busy with other things at the moment, but I'm sure there would be loads of people wanting to see it.

I loved Spaced sooooo much! We've never had it on over here in NZ, but I got hold of both series on DVD through eBay! Did anyone see Simon Pegg guest appearing in Black Books?? He's so great!
I wish there were more quality shows around, so if they did a third series or one-off, I'd definitely watch it!
