At the end of last week's episode of 'My Name Is Earl' the announcer said "Next week's episode is on at 10.35pm". My copy of the Radio Times said that 'Earl' was on at 10.35pm also.
So I was very surprised to tune in at 10.35pm and find that Big Brother was on instead. And then annoyed to see that it had actually been shown at 9.30 and that I had missed it.
I know that the change was announced in today's TV listings in the newspapers, but I don't consult those because the Radio Times is usually accurate. And Channel 4 themselves had announced the 10.35pm slot the previous week!
Why couldn't C4 just stick to the announced schedule?
