I do not know about him being the best. I would see him as being alot better than the majority out there.

The odds may be one against ten......my stratergy, ten against one.

i think you`ll find the majority of his stand up is re-hashed lee evans nostalgic comedy with a north-west slant. his comedy acting however has to be said is unsurpassed.

Yep, that's right: All it takes to be the greatest comedian in the world is to talk about watching Bullseye as a kid.

Great sitcoms, but lousy, derivative stand-up.

A lot of the best comedians get their material from their own past experiences, and make them seem funny in ways that you hadn't thought of before. Therefore you can relate to them, which makes them so funny. Stop being such a miserable bugger.

I think he is the best in the business at observation comedy his shows are all about things he has seen & things most can relate to.

eg: the biscuit dunking, uncles dancing at weddings, talking with your hands.

Re; Bullseye I think everyone enjoys a bit of nostalgia start a kids tv programme post on most forums & they will go on for days, possibly weeks as people like remembering programmes that were so bad they were good especially when it was 4 channels people had to choose from.
Peter kays jokes about bullseye was hilarious as it highlighted everything that was wrong about bullseye from bully to Jim Bowen.

Personally I like for artists to do more than talk crap about the mundane, still each to their own, eh? I don't doubt that the mundane appeals to you greatly as it most reflects you yourself.

Thanks, that's charming. Reduced to making personal remarks about someone you've never met, and is very much younger than you. You seem to be in a battle of wits with a child. I'll bet you're so proud...
