Does it annoy anyone else that nearly every single episode has the best jokes/one liners edited out. Not only that but its often done so badly that a scene doesn't even make sense! Its beyond me why Scrubs isnt given a prime-time post watershed slot anyway, but even if they insist on showing it 6 in the afternoon then why not bleep things out than delete parts of scenes??
An absolute classic example of this was on this evenings second episode. One of Cox's best one liners "No, you look like a hooker who caters exclusively for clowns" was deleted so the scene just ran:
Elliot: Does this shade of lipstick make me look like a hooker? Cox: No. Elliot: Oh sorry, I forgot, your a horrible person.
Which doesnt even make sense because of E4's cut and paste editing!
What really worries me is that most people won't even have seen the actual version, and so aren't even aware that all of the best lines are being completely wiped out of the episodes they are watching.
lol yeh i noticed that actually!!! its really weird - i think they do it to scrubs on other channels too because i remember thinking there was something missing.
they do it in friends sometimes too - like int he one after chandler and monica get married and they're looking at hotel room receipts - they edit out evry time some1 says p orn. so the joke just doesn't make sense - because you just see Joey offering McSugar nuts, and hear the laughter.
