I loved it! I don't know about a repeat, but I hear there's a movie in the pipeline, so I wouldn't bet against it

I can only think of 2 sounds that describe the feeling I get when thinking about this outstanding visual treat. They are Woo and Hoo. WooHoo!
I think it's a crime that this fantastical programme hasn't been released on DVD yet and whoever is responsible should be strung up by their toes and whipped with broken glass-encrusted whip-things until every drop of blood in their body has seeped from their nostrils!

We managed to get hold of a copy...albeit a slight green, hazy copy from a charming 13 year old on ebay

I was a huge fan of Darkplace! I loved it, it had me glued 2 the tv 4 weeks. The crap acting and rediculas story lines were one of the best things that happned 2 comedy dramas. I would love it 2 b replayed but I think it also deservs it's own DVD.

i adore strange and weird comedy and this was one all of us used to watch til the late hours. they did repeat it on channel 4 in the summer, but it was only a couple ep. so i was disappointed. i think that they may bring it out on dvd as a box set, but think its going to cost a bit.

I loved Darkplace so much. Funnily enough, I've emailed channel 4 twice in the past about a DVD release and they informed that there was a scheduled release, but it never happened!
