Red Dwarf is one of the funniest things ever! (Until shortly after Rimmer left, that is) "Go to red alert" "Are you sure sir? It does mean changing the bulb"

Vicar of dibley is hilarious i think. Of course its predictable but dawn french has the best body language and facial expressions ever. And yo can tell as an actor she just doesn't care so she will do anything. Love her. The jokes at the end are hilarious

Don't worry, you're not missing the joke, there isn't one to miss.

Sit-com likes and dislikes are obviously a matter of personal opinion. I know people who hate The Office,Extras and Phoenix Nights, but look at the awards they've won.I enjoy them all, and love Father Ted. I have been a fan of Two Pints of Lager... since it started. The programme has an army of fans, and its popularity has led to the sixth series, which is currently being recorded. The talented cast include Sheridan Smith, Will Mellor and Ralf Little, who all love working together and are all great friends.I don't think many sit-coms have made six series. It's good that we have so many to choose from, and to decide on our favourites!

List Of Bad Sitcoms (In no particular order):
1. Keeping Up Appearances (Currently on Satellite channel UK Shite between 9am & 8pm - Every day)
2. Duty Free (Starring Keith Barron, Gwen...... Stefani and A Spanish waiter from Bradford callled Pedro Higginbottom)
3. That one starring Jasper Carrott married to Meera Syal? That good, I can't remember its name.
4. The Brittas Empire. Rhymes with... Answers on a postcard please to the usual address.
5. One starring her from Duty Free, Gwen Somebody and that bloke from Allo Allo who used to say 'tler' instead of 'Heil Hitler'
6. Allo Allo. Crap. Best thing about it was the gendarme who was always 'pissing by the door'.
7. TLC. The doctor based sitcom starring Reece Shearsmith. I watched this on the strength of the success of T.L.O.G. How dissapointed I was.
8. Meet The Magoons or whatever it was called. No thanks.
9. Can't think of anymore and Shameless is on soon.
THE END

'My Hero' has got to be one of the worst but does anyone remember 'All About Bex' ? Thought not. It was that good.

Carrie and Barrie, Thats Jasper Carrott one, Eyes Down, anything like that.
Ab Fab: It never has been. Open All Hours: Just not funny, makes me want to either take my eye ball out for a polish or turn off the TV, up to know i've been sensible and just switched off.
Anything with Johnny Vegas in it.
Nice post the ones above I actually agree on, appart from I didn't find father ted funny at all. quote: Originally posted by Alter_ego:
Red Dwarf: So that geeks can roleplay.
Black Books: It shoulkd work. Moran funny, Bailey Genuis. The two of them with no real script. It just not that good.
I like both red dwarf and black books so don't agree they aren't funny.
