I think they should too,she showed a much more softer side last week,02/02/07. However,I am hoping and praying that Daniel falls for Betty. The way he looks at her,the way he appreciates everything she does for him. She's a pretty special girl and I just hope that Daniel sees that Amanda, whilst she is beautiful,has many flaws. Betty is strong,courageous,honest,pure and Daniel needs a strong woman in his life.
I used to have a fantastic social life, until I watched LOST.
I really want Daniel and Amanda to get together, and Amanda is my total favourite character. I really don't want Betty and Daniel to get together because it's unrealistic and I really don't like Betty but I love all the rest of the characters
Amanda seemed more human last week, n i think they should eventually end up together, n daniel shuldnt fall for betty or vice-versa, that would be wrong. n we should see serious competition in a few weeks for betty because Amanda starts attempts at getting bettys job, as the assistant to daniel, because then she has more access to him and is closer overall, check out the spoiler forum for more spoilers on UGLY BETTY!
i love amanda too! and i loved the little dance she was doing in the xmas party episode, trying to get the ring off at the same time!! hilarious stuff!
definatley think amanda and daniel should get back together too!

I'm sorry, I love Amanda, but I want the best for Daniel and that's still Betty, haven't you notice that everytime his with her, he becomes a better man, she like a knight in shining armour for Daniel, her family like him and he likes them, also she really knows him.
Example
when Betty was learning Daniel how to salsa dance over the phone, so he could impress Sofia, he was biting his lip and she asked him if biting his lip and I think he said that he wasn't (when he really was) and she said you are because you always bite your lip when your nervous.
and also Daniel knows Betty as well, because when she was leaving to work for Sofia, Daniel gave her something she's always wanted as a leaving gift. and all this from a man who got Betty to give gifts to the girls he was going out with
i do love the friendship that betty and daniel have formed, but i like to think of them as best friends or brother/sister relationship rather than a romantic one.

I think that what Betty and Daniel have is so strong, that it's going surpass friendship and brotherly, sisterly relationship status, it's just going to take along time getting there, and I also guess that the signs of them getting together, are going to be more and more obvious down the line.
I don't want to be negative, but I don't think that Daniel will go back to Amanda, because the impression that he has given is that he likes her, but doesn't really respect her.

Amanda was one of the seven girls that Daniel had for everyday of the week.
and then... Example 2.
When Daniel spotted Sofia, he totally blanked Amanda like she wasn't even there and made up some lame excuse, so he could jump in the lift with Sofia [COLOR:GREEN]without her. [/COLOR] (and I think that Amanda and Daniel slept together a couple of hours before that happened)
