If it was a complete waste of air time, why have you gone to the trouble of starting a topic about it? If you didn't like it why keep going on about it?
I thought it was good anyway. The speed dating was so funny and the theme tune song. I think this will be a good series.
It was a bit crap. Yeah I liked the speed dating bit, but most of it was rubbish, and it was all advertised for Will to be on the show, but he was on for like 30 seconds :|
Made me laugh that MR Feeling didnt notice Charlotte was singing along haha.
But most of it was just crap, with loads of really uneeded swear words in it, to help her shake off the choir girl image it seems. Even though that image has long gone.

I think it could get better. She needs to make it less obvious that she's reading the Autocue. I thought the sketches were weak. And the prosthetics / her being dressed up like a bloke and going into the Speed Dating place was very reminiscent of Ant and Dec's show Saturday Night Takeaway.
I love Charlotte, I think she's really down to earth and seems like she'd be so much fun to go on a night out with! I liked the show, as it's obvious she's being completely herself, she's at ease in front of the camera and she's just generally a very endearing person, I think.
This show is gonna plumet faster then a bear rollerskating down a hill. Honestly everyone thought that DAVINA on the BBC would be good but look at it now Davina has now got a baby. And they had got cr*p celebs that i had never heard of i mean come on Davina youll ever been known of is a gossip mama. The Charlotte chuch show is gonna be a disaster waiting to happen the only reasn why i dont like her is because i dont like her iamge as a "druggy and smoking welsh gal whos with a rudgby player"
Jonathan Ross must have been pissing himself with laughter...pity he was the only one.
As a smart-arse, pseudo intellectual I don't as a rule watch this kind of Friday night light entertainment show unless it looks particuarly good and has someone with a degree of talent in it, Jonathan Ross for example, plus I'm usually out at the pub. However, as I was round at my mate Howard's place we were compelled to watch the Charlotte Church Show as he fancies her like mad and would like to do unspeakable things to her. As I said above I'm probably not the best person to comment on what the populist opinion may be but this show was just half-arsed crap! It made the Friday Night Project look good. In fact it made some of the bilge that ITV put on a Saturday night look like heavy-weight intellectual essays, which this show seemed have nicked most of its ideas from (The X Factor, sketches featuring 'famous' U.S. actors, dressing up in latex, etc, etc.) In the end even my mate conceded the whole thing was shockingly bad and turned over to watch 'Repo Man' on Film 4. I don't think Jonathan Ross has much to worry about but whoever commisioned this program should. Come Monday they'll probably be found dossing in a cardboard box in some dingey alleyway drinking meths having been unceremoniously kicked out of the Channel 4 building, if there is any justice in the world that is. Although perhaps I shouldn't be too harsh to Charlotte as there was one aspect of her show that I found humourous. That is counting the number of times the comedian guy she had on (can't remember his name, Steve something) looked up her skirt to check out her undercarriage, quite hilarious once you spotted him doing it. (Sorry if I've just got you in to trouble mate but I'm sure Charlotte knew exactly just what she was doing.)
Parts of it were ok. The rest? Not so great. Bit over the top, and very "I'm proud to be Welsh!!!".. in the loudest voice possible.. ok, you're from Wales, we get it.. i'm from England, but i'll refrain from waving my flag in your face.. Same goes for you Glynny boy..
The comedian, Michael McIntyre, that Charlotte had on the show was, in my opinion, the only decent thing about the whole sorry affair. Not that I was really listening to most of what he was saying as I was too engrossed in checking out how many times he tried to peek up Charlotte's skirt as she was sat across from him on the sofa. Only natural for a red-blooded male I suppose.
Think I'll give it a miss on Friday then, i missed last week's. Anyway i'm too busy drinking myself silly after work to take notice of TV especially to watch the 'ole church.
I love it! And i really like her though i dont fancy her. It's just the small things liek her facial expressions and some of the things she says which makes me like it because it makes her seem more normal and not as a celebrity. And WHO CARES ABOUT BLOODY SWEARING! Its not a big deal!
CC has tried to reinvent herself too quickly and severely underestimates the watching/ listening public who put her up there in the first place. Just because she could sing a bit when younger, doesn't mean that she is automatically on a par with the likes of J Ross, who has honed his reasonable talk show talent over many years
