I heard it's coming back without Nick Hancock! I'm sure Lee Mack will be OK but I think I'll be even less likely to switch it on since Ian Wright was made a team captain.

Wossy wasn't an orignal Lee Hurst was.(Wonder what happened to him). I stopped watching ages ago as it seemed to go off th boil. The best bit was when this bloke came out from underneath David gowers desk.

Nah, the days of Lee Hurst were the best. Not that I don't think Jonathan Ross was a good replacement, as he too was excellent on it; it just seems worn out now.

Incidentally, I spotted Lee Hurst on Salvage Squad a while ago. (Don't know if he replaced Suggs, or whether Suggs replaced him, but I've spotted both of them on there at some point. Not that I watch it. Ahem.)

This series seems sharper than it has been for the last few years. It could be because Lee Mac gets stuck in rather than just asking questions like the previous host did.

Havent really watched it since gower left.

Lee hurst left the show to pursue other things, or so they said, think he opened a comedy club in east london and is mainly doing standup.

I'm not sure about the dates, but I know Lee Hurst has his own club - The Backyard Comedy Club.

I heard at the time that he left due to illness, then decided to pursue other things when he'd been replaced.

He did come back at least once as a guest though. And was BRILLIANT. His live stuff is fantastic too.
