although i found the "big man rodeo" funny, i feel it shouldn't of been shown. Its the same as happy slaping. This will probally be the new craze for yobs up and down the country.

I totally agree, it has all been done before, and much better the first time too.
And I hardly think that torturing eachother with power tools makes good TV.
i dont know if im just tired and not in the mood for this kind of 'humour' but i really didnt find this at all funny. trigger happy was not offensive, in my opinion, you could see the funny side if u had been put in one of those situations. but this i just felt so uncomfortable watching, people were just genuinely really pissed off, i mean the jumping on people?! the people probably thought they were being mugged...and theres really nothing funny about that. and dog sh*t on the ground so noone could pass to get to work...imagine going to work early in the morning and having to step through that...i could just imagine all those people were not finding the funny side of it--even when they found out it was a tv show. please say im not alone in thinking this is just a really stupid show , or am i just not seeing the funny side? im just shocked that channel 4 has this rubbish on
i agree - on most shows like that it is quite funny once you find out, but being jumped on and stuff really isnt, and like when that guy was cleaning the window and the 'annoying devil' splatted mud all over it.

Balls of Steel has massive potential. I'm looking forward to seeing how mad the "Pain boys" are gonna go. Also seeing if they will show the imfamous squirt incident. Wonder how much influence Top Gun has on the final edit??

Either the guy who hosts it or Alex Zane said they would be showing it but maybe not as part of the vote thing they do.

On what basis have you come to this conclusion. I mean how could you not find the Devil funny? I bet you think f*rting is unfunny when clearly it is. I mean I doubt it is the faecal matter was real but the reactions were amazing. And the car/window washes!! Genius!
However, everyone should check out the original show that Randy Campbell, NZ's greatest daredevil stuntman, comes from - 'Back of the Y'! All the stunts so far shown on Balls of steel are just watered down remakes of the originals, and nowhere near as funny. For one thing, they're not allowed to say half the stuff they want to on UK TV. Anyway, check it out!
I saw it for the first time tonight, it was a bit hit and miss. The annoying devil was funny as was the gay following bloke but the rest seemed a bit below par. The devil rightly won the vote but the quiz bloke definately had the biggest balls of steel just for the fact that he admitted on tv to wetting himself a bit when he got shouted at.
P.S. Does anyone know what sort of pants the gay following bloke was wearing when he answers the door? because i want some, they're very retro.
it is the worst thing i have ever watched the pain men made me feel sick... how can people possibly enjoy watching idiots with no better job nailing there hand to a peice of wood the only bits i found even slightly funny was the man tester this week and alex zanes cleverness game but saying that i could live without.
