Yeah! Where has Ugly Betty gone?? I read somewhere that it was due to the writers strike in America...but I thought we were a few months behind them in this program anyway so it shouldn't really affect us??? Channel 4 and E4 really should let us know what the sitution is with this and give us a date when we can expect this program back on our screens.
ok i can help u a little bit. when it started in america, we got it a week later. i think we r was 2 weeks behind. we havent got ugly betty at the moment because in america they take a break for xmas. we could b waiting a little longer for ugly betty to come back because of the writers strike
yeah its not on yet cos the writers in america are all on strike and have been since about 22nd nov. i heard that we were about 1 week ahead of the americans cos channel 4 got the rights to the 2nd series

How on earth could we in BRITAIN, be ahead of AMERICA, where the show is made.
Ermmm, America is 1 week ahead of us, as it gets broadcast in the country it is made first. That's why when we watch the episodes they sometimes don't fit in eg: Christmas on Ugly Betty and we're in the New Year!!
What is the strike all about anyway?? Are the script writers not getting paid enough money?????

Yeah we are a week behind, i don't like how they fim it over their because this stuff happens and you have to wait for ever. Oh Well can't wait to find out what happens.
Yeah it'll be back in April. We were originally 2 weeks behind America and when C4 stopped showing UB for Christmas we were on episode 10 while the US were on 12. However because of the writers strike they didnt bother putting it back on for the remaining 3 episodes which sucks so they'll probably show them before the rest of the series starts.
