what is the name of the song played when elliot got proposed to and JD realised he should have been marrying elliot ,at the end of the new series?

The song is called Stolen, by an artist/band called Dashboard Confessional. It's on their album Dusk and Summer, but the version used on Scrubs has been sped up slightly. The album version is a lot better imo.
